In the summer of 2020, I submitted an essay for a collection curated by SFF author Sarah Gailey on books that shaped us at a pivotal time in our lives, our personal canons. She passed on my offering, but said she was really compelled by my voice in the piece and looked forward "to reading more of your work in the wild". So here's that piece as a bit of fun, a hope you'll read a book I love, and on the chance Ms. Gailey is omniscient.

Know Your Narrator Interview

In January of 2022, I had the spectacular opportunity to interview audio description writer, and awesome human Jill Nusbaum, about her work on Wheel of Time season one, for the ADNA Presents Know Your Narrator podcast. (Audio description is closed captions, for the blind and anyone else who wants narration of visuals.) And by interview, I mean fangirl over her and the show's current run, which I can't wait to do again for season two, assuming the host won't mind the high probability of another two-parter.
